She specializes in working with clients who have been struggling with chronic digestive issues. Through her own journey of digestive struggles and autoimmunity, Meg now supports her clients with an approach to nourishment that melds together individualization and root cause analysis. Meet Allie.

The founder of The Pilates Rx, Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an expert in movement analysis, and a certified Pilates instructor. After finding many limitations with traditional exercise programs for herself, and her patients, Allie turned to Pilates for a new approach.  She has worked with clients ranging from “weekend warriors” to professional athletes and has seen the transformative powers of Pilates in their movement efficiency. Allie is a "movement optimist" at heart and seeks to use movement as medicine to empower clients to build trust in their own bodies through a fitness experience informed by science. You can expect precision cueing, leaving no detail left untouched, emphasizing full body alignment, and of course the integration of breath & mindfulness to promote holistic healing.

Meet Garrett.

Garrett Wood is the CEO/Founder of Crossroads of Fitness, a mindset and transformational coaching business for high-performers, which she founded in 2014.  During the early stages of Crossroads of Fitness Garrett also worked in the corporate world as a commercial real estate developer. Through multimillion dollar gas station and pharmacy projects, she learned the intricate nature of teamwork required.  Today she guides visionaries to  leverage teamwork and self-trust to grow and scale their businesses, while also supporting them in personal fulfillment.

In 2018 Garrett published her novel based on true events, “Dare To Move.” After the book was published she launched the “Dare To Move Podcast,” wherein she creates coaching content and space for successful entrepreneurs to tell their stories. Before she became a mother, Garrett worked for several boutique fitness companies as a coach, (such as Barry’s), and as a real estate broker. When she’s not playing with her son or spending time in nature, Garrett enjoys flying airplanes.

OUR INTENTIONS

GARRETT

To be in the experience of all that pure presence activates, creates and alchemizes and to witness the beauty of others accessing presence and vulnerability– as our current world makes it more challenging than not to spend time in the magic that is joy and presence with others.

MEG

My intention for this retreat is to create a space for someone looking to press pause on the ‘noise’ that can be daily life and reconnect with the beauty within themselves and find connection and wholeness through a collective community. Let's redefine nourishment :).

ALLIE

My intention for this retreat is to create lighthearted & restorative space for women to rebuild trust within themselves through healthy connections with movement, food, sunshine, spirituality, authentic community & most importantly, fun.

Meg

“I had known about Meg's practice for several years before committing to working with her. Aside from the financial aspect, I wasn't ready to invest in myself by making drastic lifestyle changes. I found that by working with Meg, these changes didn't feel drastic, but natural and even enjoyable. I simply couldn't have made the changes I did without Meg's help. Meg helped me to not only help myself but to see my own resilience along the way. Her attention to detail is astounding… she was 100% invested in my journey and was right there with me. It's been a lovely ride and everyone deserves a Meg in their life”.

Garrett

"How do you appropriately articulate what it’s like to work with someone who gives you such a profound and new perspective on life as a woman, solopreneuer, and spiritually-driven healer? Working with Garrett not only gave me the confidence to step into my power as a business woman, but also created the safe space I needed in order to enhance awareness around my subconscious limiting beliefs that were not only holding me back in business, but also in life as a wife and soon-to-be mother. I am incredibly grateful for her patience, perspective, attention to details, and educational tools she provided to me in the months I worked with her. It was truly a transformative experience"

Allie

"I was never particularly attracted to Pilates, but my classes with Allie have turned me into a convert--as well as someone who tries to convert everyone I know. Allie is amazing. Her classes move at just the right pace for me; her instructions are incredibly precise, and she always finds the perfect metaphor that helps you click into place. Most important, I getting stronger and more fluid in my movements. My posture, gait and balance are improving and I'm happier with the look and feel of my body. This is state-of-the art stuff. Nothing sloppy or woo woo about it. I had no idea that so many muscles comprise the core! "
